The presence/absence of water in the form of pools marks the social class of a neighborhood in Phoenix. The project aims at utilizing water as a catalyst for gathering and interaction instead of a segregation indicator.
The project deals with areas along Buffalo Bayou and White Oak Bayou after the construction of the new
highway. The design aims at mitigating the program, traffic and flood on site by the introduction of a series of urban hubs and a promenade that connects these nodes of events.
